Do you provide only female caregivers?

Yes. Care Link Home Health LLC exclusively assigns female caregivers to all clients. This is a core part of our service commitment to respect personal and cultural preferences.

What types of services do you offer?

We offer a full range of non-medical caregiving services including assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, medication reminders, companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, safety monitoring, and transportation.

Are your caregivers background-checked?

Absolutely. All of our caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks, CPR and First Aid certification, and are specifically oriented to each client's individual care needs before being assigned.

How are services billed?

Services are billed on an hourly basis. Invoices are issued bi-weekly. We accept payment via check, ACH/direct deposit, and other agreed-upon methods.

Can I request a specific caregiver?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate requests for specific caregivers based on availability. Client comfort and consistency of care are our top priorities.

How quickly can services begin?

In most cases, we can begin services within 24–48 hours of completing the initial consultation and care agreement. Emergency arrangements may be accommodated sooner.

Is a contract required?

Yes, a service agreement is signed prior to care beginning. This agreement outlines the scope of services, schedule, rates, and responsibilities of both parties.
